Waterfront elevation of Windsor Royale with landscaped terraces and pools

Windsor Royale

Residential amenity study

Wellness woven into residential life.

Explore projectClose details

Windsor Royale’s design direction centres on eight waterfront residences with a dedicated shared wellness level. The intention is to bring training and recovery into the building as part of everyday residential life.

The indicative amenity schedule includes a sauna, cold plunge, spa and plunge pool, alongside cryotherapy, red light therapy and a pressure chamber. A connected gym combines strength and cardio equipment. These facilities remain subject to design development, engineering and approval.

La Promenade considers a coordinated mix of uses at Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise. The design portfolio brings together workplaces, wellness, beauty and hospitality within one commercial building.

The floor studies include gym and physiotherapy spaces, beauty and aesthetics rooms, hospitality opening towards an ocean-facing terrace, and serviced offices. The Orchid Office and rooftop concepts extend that direction, with rooftop access and works subject to separate arrangements and approvals.

The Broadbeach Waters proposal sits on a fan-shaped waterfront site at Lotus Key. A screened street elevation creates a private arrival, while the rear of the home opens towards wide water through terraces, a pool and outdoor living spaces.

The design combines four bedrooms and multiple entertaining rooms across two main living levels, above basement garaging for up to five vehicles. A rooftop terrace extends the living spaces towards city and hinterland views.

The Reserve is a commercial precinct concept for a 3,526 m² site on Ashmore Road, Bundall. Two-level private workspaces frame an internal court, with shared spaces extending towards the canal edge.

A gym and wellness floor, together with a café and terrace, give the precinct a shared centre. Pale concrete, charcoal metal cladding and black joinery connect the individual buildings. Unit allocations, access and waterfront works remain part of the feasibility process.

Planted curved facade reference from the Dusk memorandum

Dusk

Landscape and architecture in conversation.

Dusk is a residential redevelopment study for Monaco Street, Surfers Paradise. The riverfront setting beside Cascade Gardens provides the starting point for a vertical living concept close to the coast and surrounding lifestyle precincts.

The memorandum brings together preliminary plans and architectural references to explore the building’s form. Planted terraces, curved façades and sculptural circulation establish the proposed design direction; the imagery represents a concept study rather than a completed development.
